This is a new thread and my name is Ramki.I am a chef and Now I live in USA. I enjoy food of any kind. And espcially Non vegeterian. I would like to share A lot of WORLDWIDE Non vegeterian recipes which I know and I well all the carnivorous (Hhahha) people to join this thread!!!! Sometimes when u eat a good Non veg recipe,people don't realise that its meat.Thats the trick in it.So lets get going. Please feel free to ask any doubts regarding recipes and Ramki will come for help!!!!!DON'T FORGET TO GIVE ME A FEEDBACK.


EVEN THOUGH EGG IS NOT CONSIDERED A NON VEG ,I am posting a simple recipe which people can enjoy!

CHETTINADU STYLE SPICY EGG CURRY:
Ingredients:
HARD BOILED EGGS: 4nos
Onions-1large/2small
shallots 1cup
tomatoes 2medium
ginger& garlic crushed 1tsp
salt
pepper powder freshly grounded
cilantro/corriander leaves
tumeric powder
chilli powder
jeera powder
all dry masalas 1tsp each
green chillies 3-4 cut lenght wise.
coconut milk 1/2cup
oil
Method:
Heat oil in the wok.
add ginger and garlic,next add the onions and shallots and fry them for 2-3 mins.
next add the green chillies and tomatoes.
wait till everything is well mixed and then add the coconut milk and 2-3cups of water.
allow the curry to boil and add all the masalas incl salt and wait for 2mins.
deshell the eggs and cut into 4 peices.
add the eggs to the curry and bring to a boil in low flame without distrubing the eggs.
serve hot and garnish with corriander leaves.

serves: 2-3
serving suggestions: with rice/chappathi/any bread.
Tips: boil the egg 1/2hr befor making the curry.

shallots is chinna vengayam. (i.e.) sambar vengayam, small onion.

didn u see the prev msg...there was a reply for ur msg..
shallots means small onion's...chinna vengayam...
pls dont repeat the same ques again
